Jill Rosen is an accomplished entertainment public relations and marketing strategist with over 20 years of experience across diverse disciplines. Her expertise spans film, television, and streaming publicity, personal talent representation, corporate communications, and red carpet event management.
Based in New York City, Jill has led publicity campaigns for a wide range of film and event launches, including projects in genres such as horror/fantasy, LGBTQ+, world cinema, documentary, arthouse, episodic, and narrative fiction. Her in-house roles include positions at TIFF and FilmNation Entertainment, where she worked on notable films such as The Big Sick, Logan Lucky, Wonderstruck, Disobedience, and Life Itself. Previously, Jill served as Director of Publicity and Distribution at London-based HanWay Films, managing global publicity campaigns for films like David Cronenberg’s A Dangerous Method, Steve McQueen’s Shame, Dustin Hoffman’s Quartet, and Jim Jarmusch’s Only Lovers Left Alive. She has spearheaded launches at prestigious film festivals including Cannes, SXSW, Toronto, Sundance, Tribeca, Venice, Berlinale, San Sebastián, Sitges, Torino, and Marrakech, as well as the European and American Film Markets.
Before relocating to London in 2008, Jill was based in Los Angeles as Director of International Publicity at Miramax Films, focusing on awards campaigns for acclaimed titles such as There Will Be Blood, No Country for Old Men, and The Queen. She also served as Global PR Manager at Walt Disney Home Entertainment.
Jill began her career as a Publicist at Ruder Finn Public Relations Worldwide in NYC, managing media relations for clients such as Random House, Maalox, Nutella, Seagram, and Frederic Fekkai. She later joined Simon & Schuster Publishing, where she led publicity efforts for New York Times bestselling books.
